Ride to Work Day
Mansfield Shire Council and Mansfield District Hospital are again joining forces to support the annual Ride to Work Day which this year is taking place on Wednesday 12 October.
There are two ride options offered that cater for all levels of cyclists, both road and mountain bike, departing from the Produce Store at 6.30 am for a group ride:
Route 1 – for Roadies, a distance of approximately 15 kms circling the town which can be ridden at any pace or just join in along the way; or
Route 2 – for Mountain bike riders, a leisurely ride at your own pace out and back along the rail trail.

The Produce Store has again offered to donate all proceeds from coffee sales to the Mansfield District Hospital and any additional funds that we may raise through our own fundraising will also go to this great cause.
Registration is free, there are lots of great prizes up for grabs and it also helps improve bike facilities across Australia. Click Here for more details.

That’s all for now.
Cheers, John.
