The spring/summer season is just around the corner so for a few of us there’s still a chance to locate the bike, remove the dust and get a few k’s going. We’ll have a calendar up soon with a series of exciting races for both road and mountain so keep an eye on the site. Well done to the subcommittees who have been working hard behind the scenes to get these going.
Before we get into other stuff I’d like to mention the winter series. Di did a great job in getting these fun little Saturday arvo races going and thanks to her and the volunteers who turned up each week to help. Well done to Jock for taking out first place and to Steve and Cam for finishing second and third on the podium. Results as follows:

The club executive held its monthly meeting last night. As noted, the road and mtn subcommittees have been working on the calendar. The high performance grant was discussed in detail with guidelines for submissions to be released after the October meeting for a December 31st deadline.
We’re also looking for a few more potential commissaires. It’s not too hard to become accredited and with a couple more, the roster will be less onerous for all the officials. If you are keen please contact Bruce.
