M&DCB road safety

M&DCB-01.jpg

The MMBCC does its banking with the Mansfield & District Community Bank. And because they know that many of our members depend on the roads being safe, they’ve sent us a link to a 30-minute video presented by Carmen’s Road Safety Education, in an effort to help reduce road accidents and save lives.

With motor vehicle accidents and associated deaths, injuries and trauma occurring at a rate five times higher on Victoria’s regional roads compared to city areas, road safety education is essential for our community and our growing youth population.

We would like to share this video with your members, as it is relevant for every driver – whether it be learner, young driver, parent, or daily commuter.

John’s story is a very powerful message that will stick with you, whenever you are behind the wheel. We would like to encourage our community members to take the time with the drivers in their family, to watch this message together.
