Jodie Batchelor attended the Tour Down Under recently and brought back a whole load of goodies, which she has kindly offered to donate to Dirt Crits as prizes- Thanks Jodie!
Junior Event
It was great to see the junior riders raring to go for the first event of the season. Numbers were a bit light on, so Kate decided that they could ride a few laps of the Senior Course 1, although the pressure was on to ride ‘Rubbish Run’. Kerren MacNamara was the lead rider for the group- Thanks Kerren.
We hope to see you at Riflebutts Reserve at 5:15pm next Tuesday.

Senior Event
A total of twenty riders participated in the senior event on Course 1 this week. It was going to be an interesting race, as some riders had been doing a significant amount of training over the Summer break, whereas others had fessed up that they had been busy doing other things.
Results-
1st Nick Howland- 29:39 (3 laps)
2nd Jai Lerch-MacKinnon- 33:03 (4 laps)
3rd Trevor Arnold- 35:28 (4 laps)
The current points standing to date is-
1st place- Mike Davies- 184 points
2nd place- Anthony Plummer- 180 points
3rd place- April Lachal- 142 points
