Many thanks to Mansfield Subaru who are the main sponsor of the 2019 Tour.
Plus All Terrain Cycles are back for the Sprint competition and we’re pleased to announce Torq Australia, Lezyne and Krush are joining us too.
Registration on Friday night, from 6pm to 9pm, will now be at the Delatite Hotel - this is where the presentations have been held in previous years. Now rego will be there too!
Saturday afternoon’s Stage 2 and Sunday morning’s Stage 3 will now start in Erril Street, just off High Street, right in the centre of town. Check out the Mansfield Subaru display, along with other sponsors, in the High Street median strip just near the start. Teams are also encouraged to set-up their pit tents in the High Street median strip near Erril Street too!
There’ll be a RANDOM PRIZE DRAW at Presentations at the Delatite Hotel on Saturday night from 7pm. All entrants are encouraged to attend (not just the top three as in previous years) to share in thousands of dollars worth of prizes from All Terrain Cycles, (Prizes from ATC include Trek Marlin 4, Specialized Roubaix Pro tyres, Bontrager Specter WaveCel helmet, AfterShokz TrekzAir headphones, Giro Synthe helmet… ) plus more from Lezyne, Torq and Krush. (If we call out your number and you’re not there, someone else will get it! You have to be there to win.)
One particular prize is worth highlighting… we’ll be giving away the AfterShokz TrekzAir headphones as the All Terrain Cycles Good Sport Award; a display from a rider of good sportsmanship, fair play and good behaviour will earn them a pair of bone induction headphones worth over $200!

Spectator recommendations
Stage 1
- On top of the “Coombesberg” - the steep pinch on Old Tolmie Road.
Stage 2
- Photographers, get to the top of Corn Hill, near the corner of Buttercup Road and take some great shots of riders climbing up Corn Hill, heading back to Mansfield with Mt Buller in the background.
- Drive up Old Tolmie Road, turn left onto Melba Road and park. Walk back down and cheer the riders on the steepest part of the “Col du Tolmielet”.
- Head up to the finish, turn left onto Tabletop Road for parking and cheer them across the line.
Stage 3
- Get up to Mt Buller to cheer the riders as they cross the line. But remember, the road will close at the base of the mountain to all but official race traffic at 8am.
