First Autumn Road Race cancelled

Due to the Murray to Moyne this weekend (with many members being away) this Sunday's first Autumn Road Race has been cancelled.

The first race will now be Sunday 10 April. Mt Buller Road, to Merrijig and back around the Barwite Loop. (Jen Hutchison and Tony Williams on duty, Tony Copland and me the Commissaires.)

Entries on the day! Registration opens at 9.15 at the Roadhouse, race starts at 10am. Club will buy each entrant a coffee at The Produce Store afterwards!

Bunch ride Saturday 9 April - Black & Tan course

Part of next Saturday's bunch ride will include the Chapel Hill Road / Hearns Road section which will be raced on the following weekend for the Black & Tan Handicap.

Come and see for yourself that it's not that difficult to ride your road bike on a dirt road.

Change of time for bunch rides

I announced on Thursday night that weekend bunch rides will now change to 9am. Sorry, I jumped the gun a bit there.

Bunch rides will change to 9am in May, not April.

That's all for now … see you out there.

Cheers,

Bruce Halket.
