G'day Everyone!

Summer Series Presentation this Thursday

Don't forget that after this week's Team Time Trial on Thursday on the Buller Road, dinner is at The Produce Store and we'll have the Summer Series presentation there too. And we'll try to find a few prizes to giveaway too!
We need an indication of numbers so The Produce Store have a vague idea of how many to expect. Please email Jenni on jenni.sparnon@gmail.com by 8pm Wednesday, the same deadline for entering the race by sending an SMS to John .. what a coincidence! 0428 503 437

Dirt Crits Presentation and movie night next Monday

Dirt Crit presentations start at 6pm – nibbles and drinks on offer – all are welcome.
The movie starts 7pm – cost is $20 for adults, $10 for kids.
We’ll kick off the viewing with The Dirty Dozen (starring our very own Shannon Rademaker and Dan MacMunn) ... followed by the spectacular Life Cycles! (It's meant to be a really great bike movie - worth a look, even for roadies!)
Seats can be reserved at All Terrain Cycles.

Positioning in the bunch to prevent a crash

Another good article from Cycling Tips on riding in a bunch. And some hints on avoiding 'dropping' your bike, especially as the weather's likely to turn a bit cooler and wetter over the coming months.

That's all for now … see you out there.
Cheers,
